Warranty of products

• Our products will be 80% - 90% similar to the pictures.

Prices

• All our prices are fixed and inclusive of delivery charges.

Delivery Services

• We only provide normal mailing, registered mailing and courier services in Singapore. We do not provide services for other countries. We apologized for any inconvenience caused.

Payment Methods

• Currently, we provide services locally. Therefore, we only accept bank transfer from the local banks,
• Any payment by cash, cheque or credit cards are not accepted at this moment.

Cancellation of Orders

• We do not accept cancellation of order once order is confirmed and payment is received.
• If the payment is not made in 48hrs, we will automatically cancel the order.

Confirmation of Orders

• A confirmation email will be sent once the order is received.
• The order will be mailed once payment is received.

Exchange and Refund policies

• All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Full refunds will be made only if the product is no longer available or the product is damaged at the time of the delivery.
• SpreeMash hold no responsibilities for any loss or damage of products caused by delivery.

Reservations

• All our products are in stock so we do not allow reservations. We sincerely apologized for any inconvenience caused.
