Dye, highlight, bleach, perm, rebonding, swimming, cycling, outdoor sports… Using shampoo that is not suitable to your hair, stress, unhealthy eating habits…
Are you involved in any of the above? All these inflict great harm to your hair.
Is your hair losing its shine, becoming fizzy and dry, breaks easily and falling? These are signs that your precious hair is protesting against what you have done to it.
If you have experienced any of the above, don’t panic!
Here are some tips for you:
If your hair looks dead and fizzy, you may want to try these:
- Before you go to sleep, apply a small amount of olive oil onto your hair, remember to apply only to the tips of the hair. Wash your hair the next day you wake up. This will make your hair look healthier.
- Dilute unfinished beer and use it to wash your hair, rinse well with warm water. This will enable your fizzy hair to become smoother for easier combing. (use only if you are not allergy to alcohol)
- Use umbrella if the sun is too scorching. Sun ray will remove moisture from your hair and causing breakage easily.
- Wash your hair well and thoroughly after swimming, the chlorine in the swimming pool will bleach your hair in the long run. Remember to apply conditioner too.
These are only my personal suggestions to improve hair condition. You may want to try to see if these work for you!

A pair of good jeans will pull your legs longer, will make your legs look a lot leaner and finally will be able to hide what you do not want to show. Do you believe that wearing a pair of jeans can even make you look sexy? Haha, this is true. However, it is not very easy to get the perfect pair of jeans every lady desired.
Not every of us are having body shapes like models have, but don’t feel discourage. By choosing jeans that have body-shaping effects, everyone can wear jeans confidently!
First of all, a pair of jeans should have a length that ends just below the ankle, unless you wear heels very often you can choose to have an even longer length. If wearing heels, the pair of jeans should cover your heels but not touching the ground. This will give an illusion that your legs are very long. Sounds cool right?
Although low-rise jeans are hot previously, they are not a good choice for ladies who are trying to keep their tummy undiscovered. A pair of low-rise jeans will squeeze your spare tire outside the rim of your jeans. The bulge will expose everything you want to hide in there. Long term of wearing low-rise jeans will result in having double waistlines too.
Avoid jeans with big pockets at the rear if you have larger hips, big pockets will draw attention to your hips. On the other hand, if your bottoms are unable to fill your jeans, big pockets are ideal choices as they add bulkiness to your rear.
Ladies with thicker thighs do not wear jeans that are too tight, as this will magnify your thighs. Not too baggy too, wear jeans that are just nice for you. Choose those jeans that have vertical lines at the side of the jeans, this will make your legs look slimmer and longer.
Last but not least, skinny jeans are not suitable for all.

Why does my cap looks weird on me? Why is my face looking so chubby with a cap? Do you have these kind of questions? If yes, here are some tips for you to wear your cap properly.
Caps have become one of the accessories that is vital in the fashion trend. Be it you are having a bad hair day or you want to create a smart casual appearance, there are important points to note in order to look good in your caps.
- Ladies with oval face should wear caps that are larger and fanciful .This aids to make your faces look a lot smaller than actual size.
- People with round face should never try caps that are smaller than the width of your face. Take your cheek bones as guild line, width of cap should not be smaller than that.
- If the colors of caps are of dull colors (eg, grey, grayish-blue), wear clothes of vibrant colors in order to bring out the color contrast.
- When choosing caps, make sure to choose those fabrics that do not irritate the scalp and skin.
- It is a must to try the caps personally before buying one. Caps’ sizes should not be too tight, as this will lead to poor blood circulation of the head and results in headache. If it is too loose, this will affect the appearance of the wearer.
- Choose caps that allow air ventilation, wash caps frequently to ensure hygiene especially for those who have oily scalps.
- Do not share caps! This is a bad habit that will allow the spread of skin diseases.
