• Use umbrella if the sun is too scorching. Sun ray will remove moisture from your hair and causing breakage easily.

• Wash your hair well and thoroughly after swimming, the chlorine in the swimming pool will bleach your hair in the long run. Remember to apply conditioner too.

These are only my personal suggestions to improve hair condition. You may want to try to see if these work for you!
