Q: How do I place an order?

A: All you have to do is to fill in the order form at our order page.

Q: When do I make payment?

A: A confirmation email will be send to you which include the bank account no. Then, you can make payment by bank transfer. Note down the transaction no. and email back to us with your name.

Q: How much more do I need to pay for the delivery charges?

A: None. All items are priced at nett. Unless you  have chosen the other delivery method. Refer to our how to shop section.

Q: When do I get my order?

A: After you have made your payment, the order will be mailed on the same day. Estimated arrival should be 2-7days.
