The Science of Getting Rich

Science is everywhere.  But who is the real Father of Science? This is something which is still a puzzle. However who is the person who inspired “The Secret” with one book? That would only be one and only one person, Wallace D Wattles. This Book was first written in 1910 and is still being reprinted till this very year. Wallace D Wattles has been long gone for at least 90 years; however he is still alive by being spoken of till now through this mind-blowing book.

The science of getting rich book is for people who are pressing for the need of money. This book is not just a book not for any people to read but a practical manual for people who have blind faith to follow each and every word in this book.

The book first talks about the abundances that the natural world has and has been following each and every day. For example, when a seed is first placed into the soil, with proper nurturing it soon grows and becomes a tree, if you realize everything in this world is the same, including us, humans we were babies and then we become taller, bigger and stronger. Therefore everything in nature is in abundance; whichever is small becomes bigger through time passes by.

However we humans doubt everything, therefore we limit ourselves and our thoughts with negative words and doings. This book teaches us to think different, think in ways that we want. Not with ways that we are thought to think.

“To think what you want to think is to think TRUTH, regardless of appearance”

As said by Dr. Benjamin Spock “What we reap is what we sow”, the same principle is reiterated in this book. We like to take things in abundances.  Therefore we should also learn how to give in abundances. The abundance may not only be in money wise but it can be anything. The principles in this book not only help you in getting rich, but the principles also allows you to live the ways you want to live.

“Getting rich is not the result of doing certain things; it is the result of doing things in a Certain way.” Hence, do the right thing and pick this book up and change your life completely.

The 24 hour Turn Around, by Neil EskelinWhen you get a book that has two accomplished authors like the one I have had, it’s a pleasure to read. Neil Eskelin a distinguished motivational speaker and author of “Leading with Love”. While the other has been trained in the psychotherapy at the University of North Carolina graduate school and is a pastor as well as a counselor and author of “ Escape: freedom from life’s greatest traps.”

You get a book that is filled with back to back, word after word of life turning facts and experiences. Yet the thing that startled me the most is how simple this book has written, for a motivational book that it is. This book is practically oozing with, easy to read and understand facts on how to better ones life in pursuit of bettering the world around.

I have had the great pleasure of allowing this book to enter my mind and I urge you my fellow readers to do the same. As they say “A man is as wealthy as the wealth that he keeps in his mind.”

His story, Who is Dave Pelzer?

A Man Named DaveNow i know one should never judge the book by its cover but that is what caught my attention when i first looked at this book.

It was titled “A man named Dave” and i had to know
who Dave was. When i actually did get to reading it, i realised that it was a real life story about the author himself.

A search online  found me two other
books before the one i was reading.
So I put the one i was reading on  hold,
got the first book and then it all began…

SMACK! Mother hits me in the face, and i topple to the floor. I know better than to stand there and take the hit.I learned the hard way that she takes that as an act of defiance, which means more hits,or worst of all,no food. I regain my posture and dodge her looks, as she screams into my ears. I act timid, nodding to her threats. Please, i say to myself, just let me eat. Hit me again, but i have to have food.”

That is an excerpt from Dave Pelzer’s first book, the “child called it”. Now how can you not start feeling for the author and all that he has been through as a child and even in his early adult years. This trio book series by Dave Pelzer, is a chilling story on how he managed to survive the abuse both verbally and phyically of his very own mother as a child. Now i don’t want to say too much and spoil this good read for you but i would say you sure can learn a thing or two from him. For me, I learned how to appreciate even the tiniest of blessing.

Deathly Hallows, Last of Harry Potter

Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsI have read this book too many times and finally decided to give it a review. This is the first time that I am really engrossed in a book and even forgot my meals. Well, I’m sure all Harry Potter fans out there is waiting for this ending a long time ago.

I was anxious too. Finally, this book came out and nobody else have to worry anymore. That’s all of Harry Potter the Final Battle.

This book is not as long as the Order of Phoenix and Half-blood Prince but it really ties up all the knots. As usual, Harry needs to face his usual nemesis, Lord Voldemort who sought for his life. With the help of his best friends, Hermione and Ron, the trio searched for the Horcruxes. They met a lot of obstacles along the way but they still managed to know more about the dark secrets of Voldemort. They even discovered the Deathly Hallows which both sides are seeking. Finally, they managed to destroy some of the Horcruxes and eventually seek for the last remaining two parts of Voldemort’s soul back at Hogwarts. This lead to final battle between the good and evil. Voldemort wanting to kill Harry and Harry figuring the last of the Horcruxes. That is the end for Harry when he figured out what he needed to do to end all this. He is destined to die in the hands of Voldemort in order to kill Voldemort.

Harry Potter once again thwarted Lord Voldemort who was too evil and obsessed with power to care about the important things in life such as love. Thus, he lost the battle and was forced to live helplessly.

The ending is filled with a epilogue of a scene at King Cross’s station nineteen years later when the trio have started their own families and sending their kids off.

I personally think that the ending is not enough as some blanks are not filled in. I want to know more about what happened during the nineteen years and more romantic stuff. Well, it will be weird for J.K Rowling to write another book especially for this blank.

So overall, this is a great book and satisfying ending for all readers.

Watch out for Angels and Demons!

A book you can hardly resist

Angels and Demons

A book written by Dan Brown, the author of The DaVinci Code.

Illuminati, the four elements - EARTH, AIR, FIRE, WATER, the mysterious Illuminati lair…… What’s that all about?

All these are some terms in the book, Angels and Demons. I love this book because this book contains lots of mysterious waiting to be revealed by the Harvard professor Robert Langdon and scientist Vittoria Vetra. The twists and turns, clever plots and the gruesome ways of killings people spiced up the whole story.

For example, one of the four cardinals was tied onto a rope and burnt alive. I love the vivid descriptions by Dan Brown, as by the way he describes, I can really feel the pain of skin and flesh falling apart when the cardinal was burnt.

Who is the one who really want to kill the cardinals and destroy the Catholic Church?  Is it really its sworn enemy from 400 years ago, the Illuminati, or is it somebody else?

This story is very well written and planned, when you start reading it, you will be really into the book! The book is never boring with series of surprises and excitements. You just can’t stop reading if you really are determined to uncover the truth.

Also, the book allows me to learn new things, as all the works of arts, tombs, tunnels and architecture described in this book is real. There really is the Brotherhood of Illuminati.

This book also allows me to gain some science knowledge, for example this book introduces to me the anti-matter. Anti-matter really exists, and is the most powerful energy source on earth. It is many many times stronger than the nuclear power.

Wanna know more about the book, leave a comment for us!

Velocity by Dean Koontz

Velocity by Dean Koontz is one of the best thriller fiction books in the world.

The plot is simple; a man by the name of Billy has been chosen by a serial killer to decide who his next victim would be. He did so by placing a note on Billy car which says that if Billy goes to the police so and so would die and if does not go to the police someone else have to die. At first Billy thought it was a hoax however when news of a particular stranger that the killer has singled out is dead. Billy must now find ways and means to end this madness by taking this matter in his own hands.

The Times Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger

The Time Traveler’s Wife is a great love story involving a guy name Henry and a woman name Clare. Henry has a rare genetic condition which enables him to time travel to his past or future when he is stress and this whole book revolves how his genetic condition impacted his relationship with Clare and how they deal with it in order to lead a normal life.

It is also very interesting to note that it was the future Henry who taught the young Henry all of his survival skills such as to steal, fight basic survival skills as when he time travels he would not be able to bring anything with him not even his clothes.

The author Audrey Niffenegger puts in a lot of effort in the amount of detail in the story such as at what age and time did Henry and Clare meet etc. She writes the story so well that you can picture the whole scene vividly in your head.

This book is a must read and no wonder it is an international bestseller.
